CityKeyVIP Brings Loyalty Program To Toronto
What would you do if you had the Key to the City?
Last night we attended the launch party for the CityKeyVIP, a new company based in Toronto, taking aim to provide a better benefits platform for anyone who has one of these limited-run Keys to the City.
The ‘Key Party’ Launch Event was at the beautiful Osteria Dei Ganzi, just east of Yonge and Wellesley. The beautiful vintage Gooderham building brought a great traditional restaurant/lounge feel to the event and had a very extensive patio attached to it.
CityKeyVIP is run by three well-versed and motivated professionals: Tanya May, Dennis Kar, and Tim Gordanier. Each with their own brands they manage, but they teamed up because they all saw this great opportunity with this Key to the City program.
They felt the deal sites don’t supply the loyalty and recurring business that companies often wish for. So they developed the CityKeyVIP Key to the City program to change that and bring loyalty back to Toronto companies!
This is how the CityKeyVIP works:
The privileged key-holder heads to one of the participating CityKeyVIP business partners shows their Key to the City and is rewarded for their loyalty with a complimentary gift from that restaurant, spa, nightlife venue and more.
The event had lots of great people showing up to be one of the first of the city to get their keys. Zipcar was there giving out information and a free membership and Mombacho Cigars set up a lounge area on the patio for people to enjoy their three types of cigars.
