Welcome to LXRY.ca, an online magazine operated by LXRY Group Inc. (“LXRY,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LXRY website, digital magazine, and any other related services or content (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service or purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer access to premium content through subscription plans:

Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days.

Annual Plan: Billed every 12 months.

Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for ongoing access to premium content.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

Recurring Billing

If you select a recurring plan (monthly or annual), you authorize LXRY Group Inc. to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each renewal period until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date for a full refund.
After this period, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.

4. Content Access and License

Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable, limited access to LXRY’s premium content for private, non-commercial use only.

All editorial articles, images, videos, logos, and related materials are owned by LXRY Group Inc. and protected under Canadian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.

5. Data Collection and Analytics

LXRY uses Google Analytics and similar tools to improve user experience, track engagement, and better understand how our audience interacts with our content.

We collect general data such as:

Page views, session duration, and user interactions

Browser type, device information, and location (approximate, not precise)

Data is collected in compliance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. LXRY is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

7. Modifications and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service at any time without prior notice. LXRY reserves the right to update or revise these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LXRY Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
