Seasonal Properties: The Best Way For Long Stays At Blue Mountain

Maybe you are feeling stressed. Feeling confined after working downtown in your office or cramped in the den of your condo or house. You really could be doing your remote work anywhere, why not stretch out? Get some space. Get some fresh air.

Maybe you need to be downtown once a week, but are used to commute from outside in. This gives you the possibility of changing things up, doesn’t it?

Enough flexibility of movement without skipping a beat for your workload. All while unchaining yourself from your desk and enjoying the great outdoors. Especially in this weather.

Sound like you? Well, maybe it’s time for a trip up north. To have your own piece to call home for a month or maybe a whole season.

Enter Seasonal Properties

In the heart of Ontario lies a gem that transforms with entertainment in all seasons, offering a different kind of magic each time the landscape changes.

The Village at Blue Mountain, with its charming blend of rustic allure and modern conveniences, beckons travellers to experience the ultimate seasonal stay.

Whether you’re seeking a winter wonderland or a summer escape, the hospitality brand, Seasonal Properties, offers unmatched flexibility, luxury short-term accommodations, hotel alternatives and all the amenities and access you need to make your stay unforgettable and stress-free.

A Hotel Alternative For Those Who Want Enjoy Blue Mountain Longer

I was lucky enough to be invited to stay with Seasonal Properties location right across from The Village at Blue Mountain. It’s similar to Price Is Right rules with the location because it was basically as close as you can get without going over.

I can’t remember a time where I would be able to stay this close to The Village at Blue Mountain without having to purchase a condo or stay in a conference hotel. With it walking distance away, you can enjoy all the amenities, restaurants, activities and more and be back to your second home in 5 minutes. 7 minutes in your ski boots.

I was even able to bring up my dog up north as well which was great. No need to look for a sitter because this accommodation was conveniently pet friendly. I was also on the ground floor which made it so easy for my pup to go out, making it a pet owner’s dream.

It was a spacious 3-bedroom unit, plenty of living space and a separate primary bedroom with ensuite that is up the stairs for extra privacy. Perfect for a family whose parents want to sleep in a little longer.

Large dining room, great views, and steps away from even more vistas from the mountains surrounding the area.

The longer dining table makes it great for co-working sessions or meetings, especially if you wanted to bring your team up there with you and host them for the weekend.

Flexible Monthly and Winter Season Accommodations

One of the primary draws I have found with Seasonal Properties is the flexibility of its accommodations.

Unlike traditional vacation rentals that lock you into rigid timeframes or hotel stays that feel confined without kitchen units for longer stays, these properties offer the freedom of monthly and seasonal rentals with all the amenities you need.

This means you can tailor your stay to suit your lifestyle and schedule. Want to spend the entire winter hitting the slopes and cozying up by the fire? You got it.

Prefer a few months in the summer hiking trails, golfing, and exploring local restaurants and cafés? No problem.

Experience All The Comforts And Conveniences Of Home

Staying at a seasonal property in The Village at Blue Mountain means you’re not just booking a room; you’re securing a home away from home. These properties are fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Imagine waking up in a cozy and comfortable bed, enjoying breakfast in your own kitchen and then heading for a quick walk over to the Starbucks or Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery in the village with stunning views of the Blue Mountains.

Need to catch up on work? High-speed internet is a given.

Want to host a dinner party? Your well-appointed kitchen and dining area are ready to impress.

With laundry facilities, ample storage space, and pet-friendly options, these properties cater to you. The convenience of having your own place allows you to settle in, unwind, and truly make the most of your time in this beautiful region.
